Small haul from Ark clothing

So I was meant to do this a while ago but never fully got round to it yet. Today, since I ditched plans and just staying in I figured it was a good time to write a few posts, clean the room and maybe get a couple of assignments done.

This was last week I believe, I spent around £83 which isn’t bad but that was discounted from £91 so it’s even better.

Ark is currently one of my favourite stores right now as they sell super cute clothing and accessories with affordable prices. I pretty much fell in love with the store when I saw the way the staff styled their mannequins and the outfits just looked so nice. I went in a week later to get the dress and ended up buying £85 worth of clothing because, honestly, the mannequins seriously sold it.
I will be giving links to the items I bought as you can also purchase them yourself. They ship internationally and it’s free when you order over £100.

The things I bought are all in this photo and they include a cute smock dress with a peter pan collar, a nude handbag, necklace, a pair of shoes and a black and white umbrella with lace!

Since I haven’t taken a photo of the umbrella by itself I’m going to go right ahead and give it a brief review: it has cute laces all around it and it smells like perfume, when you open it it’s a lot larger than you would’ve thought and it’s just so so cute. I was afraid of what outfit I’d have to wear in order to match it with this umbrella but I don’t really care anymore and would just take it out with me on a sunny day so I don’t have to feel the burn of the sun.

It’s been raining endlessly over here in the UK and the problem with this household is that we never ever have umbrella lying around, so making our way to places like school or just going out you just have to pull your hood up, keep your head down and hold yourself close together for warm. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. £11.99! You can find the product here.

The next item is this Ark Nude PPK Quilted Handbag. It costs £24.99 and it’s an convenient size. I only have one main bag I use for everything and it’s a blah leather sidebag, I wanted something smaller that I could take with me on a day out and this seemed good enough. I was sceptical on this colour as there was the same one in black (and we all know black goes with everything) but in the end I went with this one, telling myself that I could always get the black one later.
The material is nice and the chain is probably my favourite as it’s braided with a gold chain with a nude/pink sued material. It’s compact and I don’t really have much to complain about.

Next one is probably my most favourite buy out of the bunch: Ark Black Lissy Lace Up Chunky Boots. These are my new favourite pair of shoes and it only costed me £29.99. It’s slightly platform so it’s not really that high in heels but still gives me height which is what I love so much about it. The only problem I have with this is that it’s only laced up and it has no zip on the side which takesages to put and and take off.

I don’t accessorise at all, not with earrings, bracelets, rings or even headbands. However, I found myself shying away from buying tops and dresses without a collar because I just think it doesn't look right on me. I thought getting a necklace like this would maybe make it look better? Ark Gold Drip Statement Necklace comes at £12.99. I haven’t worn it out yet so I don’t have much to say besides the fact that it is very pretty (though seems rather fragile and easily breakable).

This is the dress I got. It didn’t look that good on the model on the website, like if I saw that on the website I probably wouldn’t give it a second glance. There’s something about the models at ark, they are all incredibly attractive but they don’t really suit the clothes. There was this one girl with incredible thigh tattoos that used to work there and she looked amazing in everythinggggg. They always cut off her face though and I’m not sure why.

Anyway, this dress looked really cute when I tried it on and decided to buy it later online after I was paid. Hearts & Bows Black Azalia Polka Dot Peter Pan Collar Dress is at £24.99!
That’s about it. My first and possibly last review I may ever do.
